• Billing is for productive hours only. There's no charges for down time, purchasing, travel etc.
• I have long standing accounts (and good relations) with many leading & local suppliers and, I only charge what I'm charged.
• Includes $2,000,000 / $4,000,000 contractors comprehensive liability insurance.
• Advanced and / or progress payments may be required.
• Beyond 30 days penalty interest charges are applicable (unless suitable arrangements were made in advance).
• Delinquent accounts will be prosecuted.
